As mentioned in our Mission & Vision statement, the philosophy of the Hamilton Steel Hockey Club is to promote, encourage and develop competitive hockey from U8 through to Junior hockey. As a AAA zone Minor Hockey Association, the Hamilton Steel rely on our local associations to attract young players to hockey and provide encouragement and critical development and foundational skills while they enjoy the game we all love to play. The Hamilton Steel believe that we can accomplish our goal of keeping players playing in the game longer with the help of our local associations and their programs.
